Day Four of Milan Fashion Week

My favorite collection on the last day of Milan Fashion Week is Dsquared². My favorite model,Chanel Iman, opened and the clothes were fresh takes on Dsquared² classics.

I love the camping theme, it's the same theme they used for the mens Spring/Summer 2010 collection and I loved it then and I loved it here too. So picture 2 and 4 amaze me.How did they fuse that yellow leather/rubber to that denim? The plastic was a great kitschy touch especially the laminted denim in picture 8 and 9. It's reasons like this that I love Dsquared², then again I typically love Milan Fashion Week.

Day Three of Milan Fashion Week

Pollini was so very good. The brand is famous for their mod era patterns so of course Johnathan Saunders used tons of print in the collection. My favorite looks of the collection were the trompe l'oeil dresses and shirts (looks 7,8,10,11, and 12). Another great collection was the Moschino collection this collection also had a few trompe l'oeil looks.

This collection had a few great things going it had a few Christian Lacroix Pouf's,body-con dresses, ruffles, suiting, crystals, and a rock edge. My favorite piece is the chain jacket it's soooooooooo very swoon worthy and there was some house history happening with the cute little heart shaped hats. I love a good happy collection.

Day Two of Milan Fashion Week

Day two of Milan Fashion week brought out the sexy especially at Versace.

Ummmmm Just a week ago I think I said I was tired of short, tight, and shiny but........ I guess I love it again. This collection was obviously based off of the archives left behind by Gianni Versace
he was sorta the king of short, tight, and shiny, and by sorta I mean definitely.
I also loved the shoes...........SEE BELOW

I think that there is a space in between the sole and the shoe ,but what I really like about them is the mixing of natural and industrial with the wood and metal. AHHHHHHHH Versace just does it for me.

Day One of Milan Fashion Week

So my favorite show from the first day of Milan fashion week is Moschino Cheap&Chic

The show was just simple, fun, and bright. I loved the daisy shaped sunglasses
and the daisy printed dresses the one shown here has two 3-D daisies appliqued onto the dress made of shredded material, but my favorite piece would me the ribbon dress at the top.....kinda awesome

Day Four of London Fashion Week

Basso&Brooke is another favorite because of the bright coclors they use and the patterns created they have something in common with another designer. They do digital graphics which is how they get sooooooooooooooooooo many colors in one little outfit. I think they opened the door for another British designer, Mary Katrantzou, Basso&Brooke do pattern and others take photo's and tweak them, and I feel that's what makes them different from other designers who do digital graphics.

Day Three of London Fashion Week

There wasn't anything too interesting from the third day of London Fashion Week, but I did like ,Twenty8Twelve,it was wearable, trendy, yet kinda boring. These are my three favorite looks

You can't go wrong with a t-shirt dress, a leather jacket ,or khaki shorts.

but what really got me going was,LUELLA, It was MAJOR. As you can see from above it was really restrained for a Luella collection, there were hardly any frills, the highlights of this collection are the heart shaped key hole dresses,The spherical dress and skirt, as well as the full ruffle dress.
